Kernel panic - not synching:VFS:Unable to mount root fs on unknown-blo

I have searched on this problem, but the solutions doesn't seem to work.
Install arch as dual boot with windows on uefi system.
/dev/sda has gpt partition table.
/dev/sda2 is the ESP, I mounted it on /boot.
/dev/sda5 is my root partition.

I put in the partuuid of /dev/sda5 on arch.conf options (using systemd-boot)
fstab mounts /dev/sda5 using uuid however, could that be an issue?

Output of gdisk /dev/sda for partition5, gives
Code = 0700

lsblk --fs shows filesystem for sda5 as ext4

You need to post the full contents of the file rather than offering a vague description.

No, that file will not be parsed until the kernel is booted.

Very strange, it should be "8300" (obviously), perhaps Windows has done something to it...

Again, you need to post the *full* output of the command.

How *exactly* did you create your partitions?

Also, please list all the potential solutions you have tried (along with the outcome, including any error messages verbatim) to prevent duplication of effort by those who attempt to assist you.
