Dell insperon randomly freezes

Hello all -

I have a 2014 Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 laptop that randomly freezes. I can't do anything - no mouse, no keyboard, can't switch to another tty, can't REISUB, nada. I just hold the power button down til it powers off.

This problem isn't arch-specific either. The same thing happens in Ubuntu GNOME.

Where do I begin to diagnose this?
