Is there any reason why I couldn't use 2 GPUs (one NVIDIA, one AMD) to power two different monitors in X?
I currently have one AMD GPU and would like to get a cheap-ish NVIDIA one to use CUDA. I figure this would also open lots of possibilities such as passing the AMD through to a VM.
But when I'm just at the desktop, would I be able to have both powering a separate monitor?
