ALSA + JACK: guvcview segmentation fault

Hey, I'm having an issue with guvcview (a webcam software similar to GNOME's Cheese). When I start it, I get this error message:

Seem to be an issue with JACK. I actually do not have any personal need for JACK, but it seems to be a dependency of guvcview, mpv and other applications I have installed.

I have tried adding and removing myself from and to the `audio` group, which had no effect.

I do not use PulseAudio and not planning on doing so, but in worst case solutions with PulseAudio in mind are welcome.
