[SOLVED]Lenovo E540 - fan control, HDD overheating!

I can't use https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fan_speed_control I have already tried:

There are no working fan sensors, all readings are 0.
Make sure you have a 3-wire fan connected.

What are my options how can i control the fan speed?
My processor temp is ok, but the HDD is way to hot is ~50 C. The fan starts when the processor is over 60, for the is ok but my HDD is dying.

Edit:
I didn't said that my processor is overheating, only my hdd, witch is a to high temperature for a hdd.

Are you really sure your laptop is overheating. ~60°C is usually a normal temperature (but I am not sure for the HDD). Maybe you can disable this fan control (to be sure it does not mess your system) and let the firmware handle this. Maybe the fans are just not software controllable with your laptop (which would make sense for the manufacturer point of view because otherwise you could easily damage your system and claim a repair under the warranty).

So it might be OK, i might just panicked for nothing. My hdd smart looks pretty well:

194 Temperature_Celsius 0x0002 127 127 000 Old_age Always - 50 (Min/Max 13/56)

So as it says it should go up to 56 Max, and with my Cooler pad stays like around ~45. Not sure hope it's ok smile

Fan control has nothing to do with your hdd temperature.
Your hdd is probably old and there is natural damage at his motor.

Fan control if for cpu and gpu control.
Although at laptops the cooling system might help cooling down your hdd but I don't guarantee that.

Take a look how hdd sounds. How many hours is working (via smartctl).
