libmariadbclient 10.1.12-1 bug [version libmysqlclient_16]

hi

I install libmariadbclient 10.1.12-1, and install https://rubygems.org/gems/mysql2 and require it, the error happened, the message is "version libmysqlclient_16 not defined in file libmysqlclient.so.18 with link time reference".

then I downgrade it to 10.1.11-1, the error was solved.

so, this is a bug.
