gnome-user-share (gnome-user-share-webdav) is not starting

I am on updated Arch Linux, and running GNOME DE. I am not able to launch latest gnome-user-share 3.18.
I need it to change bluetooth accept settings because my computer won't accept files over bluetooth.

Launching it from UI as well as running it from command line (/usr/lib/gnome-user-share/gnome-user-share-webdav) does not help.

I cannot install older versions because they give some dependency error.
