Sound problems yet again

I have tried to activate optical output on my integrated sound card on motherboard.
Before that I was using Audigy 2 SE card, and also there is one "sound" card in graphical card...

After couple of attempts to fix problem with optical output, I have call it quits, and I wanted to return to good old 3.5mm cable... Fun stuff happened (ironically said of course), there was no sound on speakers...
After couple of attempts I have installed Pulse audio (I was using just ALSA before that), and i got sound on my speakers via 3.5mm cable, and I was happy, but (of course) I wanted to restart computer and confirm that sound is really working. After restart there was no sound...

I have no /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
