Kernel module "x86_energy_perf_policy" and "msr" for TLP?

Hey there !

TLP gives me weird crashes when on battery and only a hard-reset can get the laptop working again.

I found that I have "energy_perf_policy_on_bat" enabled but the config file says that this would require the teo kernel modules "x86_energy_perf_policy" and "msr" from "linux-tools".

I found an installed " x86_energy_perf_policy" in linux-tools but I cant find "msr"?

Thanks !
