I've just found out that I don't have ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf file on my freshly installed Arch. Tried reinstalling gnupg but still, no gpg.conf.
Is there any possibility for gnugp to restore this file automatically?
[edit]
Should I just copy and rename /usr/share/gnupg/gpg-conf.skel ?

Did you read the wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Gn … tion_files?

Yeah but I'm too scared to do anything on my own with ARch not to crash it, had no idea what might 'skeleton' mean so preferred to ask here. Now I know what is skeleton for this purpose.
Also there is written on wiki "you will find skeleton files in /usr/share/gnupg. These files are copied to ~/.gnupg the first time gpg is run if they do not exist there." - so my case means that it's not always automatically copied, am I right?
