Hello everyone,
I have a strange issue with my BOSE bluetooth speaker. If I remove my bluetooth folder and restart the bluetooth service, i.e.,
sudo systemctl stop bluetooth.service
sudo rm -R /var/lib/bluetooth
sudo systemctl start bluetooth.service
sudo systemctl enable bluetooth.service
I can connect to the speaker via Gnome settings (http://imgur.com/tu5zuZP) and play some music. After the connection is established, the speaker is added to the Gnome sound settings dialog (http://imgur.com/Cj5dfSJ).
However, if I reboot the computer, I can still connect to the speaker (http://imgur.com/E4EgMB2), but neither can I play music over the speaker, nor does the speaker show up in the Gnome sound settings dialog (http://imgur.com/d1WCKsg).
Can anyone help me with that? Can I provide some additional information? Any help is highly appreciated!
Kindly,
mjb
