I am having issues using vbam,
Official package : https://www.archlinux.org/packages/comm … /vbam-gtk/
The games play too fast and i do not have any access in the menu to set the throttle. I read on the internet that adding the throttle to the config file in .config/gvbam/config would work. I added
throttle=100in the config file and it has no effects.
I cannot build the AUR version of the package either with yaourt, i get an error : https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vbam-gtk-svn
CMakeFiles/vbamcore.dir/build.make:230: recipe for target 'CMakeFiles/vbamcore.dir/src/common/ffmpeg.cpp.o' failed
make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/vbamcore.dir/src/common/ffmpeg.cpp.o] Error 1
CMakeFiles/Makefile2:67: recipe for target 'CMakeFiles/vbamcore.dir/all' failed
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/vbamcore.dir/all] Error 2
Makefile:149: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Aborting...
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build vbam-svn.Now this is odd i have the game running but it's just too fast.
Anyone has help about this?
Thanks.

EDIT : I got it working with BSNES but it has the borders which is a pain.
Mednafen is black and white only (does not support super game boy)
I tried some other ones but there's always an issue.

Have you tried vbam-sdl or vbam-wx ?
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

https://mgba.io/ (a core is available for libretro as well)

Hello
I tried vbam-sdl and vbam-wx. Both i cannot set a toggle. ![]()
It's a fairly annoying bug. How can other players play games with such a bug?? I mean it's pretty obvious and this bug completly breaks the whole software...
?
I tried mgba. Good stuff thx.
