Systemd boot entry for windows 10 in another hdd
Hi, how can add a entry to systemd-boot to windows which is in another hdd?

Mostily, systemd-boot will look in the same ESP, to find the kernel and proceed the boot sequence.
Maybe the BIOS will look to the first ESP and more ESP might be a conflict.
do it good first, it will be faster than do it twice the saint

I don't think you can unless you share the Windows ESP on the other hard drive with Arch and mount it to /boot
It is possible to make a custom NVRAM entry to boot Windows on a second drive:
# efibootmgr -d /dev/sdX -p Y -c -L "Windows" -l /EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efiReplace X & Y with the drive letter and partition number of the Windows EFI system partition.

It could be a trial to setup rEFInd. To see whether it will be able to start things as expected.
