When I connect my Teufel bluetooth speaker "BT Bamster" with my Thinkpad X201, after having the speaker connected to another device, the bluetooth speaker will power off directly after the connection is established. After turning the speaker on again it will connect automatically and will be operational.
For connecting I use the gnome bluetooth GUI interface.
This problem did not occur with the Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 LTS I used beforehand, therefore I assume it is not a problem caused by the bluetooth speaker.
Also I tried googling if there is a bluetooth command to shutdown the remote device but I could not find anything.
