How can I run XFCE4 whit wayland or Xwayland? I can't found anything about it hmm

You can't. It needs to be ported to GTK3 first.

afaik you can't
you need wayland compositor, and looks like xfwm, or any other xfce component can't do that currently.

xfce applications should work on wayland though, either natively if they've been ported to gtk3, or via xwayland otherwise.
