what am I doing wrong (in trying to upload an avatar)? I've got a jpeg within the size limits. I browse for it and select it (the path and name appear in the window) and hit submit at the bottom of the page. It says the page is submitted, but no avatar. Is it the jpeg or am I missing something. I have a feeling it's going to be something stupid.

I think uploading of avatars to the Arch site is still broken. You might be able to link to an off-site avatar, though. That option still worked the last time I tried it.
