Cinnamon + Arc Theme as controls: Broken (Solved)

After the update on April 9, 2016, Eastern time zone, Cinnamon + Arc Theme (from aur: gtk-theme-arc) appears to be broken.
It upgraded quite a lot of things at once, so I'm not sure which one causes the problem: Here is my update history:

After testing, I tried to use Adwaita instead of Arc theme as control theme. It appears to work. While I'm using Arc theme, it looks like this:

Is there anything I can do to solve this? Do I need to wait for Arc theme to update? Adwaita control theme looks really bad... Appreciate your help.

I confirm this.
I have installed all libraries i had removed today because they were orphans, didn't help... I googled 'arch broken update' from last 24h.
I think you guys saved my PC from a reinstall Let them users see this topic.
