Disable mouse and keyboard wake up suspend

Hello everyone,

My laptop runs Arch+Gnome3 now, when I close the lid, the laptop turn into suspend.
but if I touched the mouse or press the keyboard, laptop will be waked up even if the lid is closed.

So I want to disable the usb wake up suspend.

But when I try to change the /proc/acpi/wakeup file, I failed, I can not modified this file even with sudo.

How can I make this?

Re: Disable mouse and keyboard wake up suspend

Dear Mr. Zhengshuai,

Did you succeed preventing the mouse from waking up your computer?

I've tried http://shallowsky.com/blog/linux/kernel … akeup.html without any luck.
The sensitive touchpad always wakes up the system.

This should work for you: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ac … _lid_close, at least it has been working for me.

Might have been better to start a new thread for your issue instead of necroing this one, although the original issue is similar.
