Program to change QT/KDE styles
I use an almost GTK only system and don't have KDE installed. But sometime I do run KDE/QT programs such as Skype and Lyx. Is there a program that I can use for themeing the KDE application without KDE? I know there is qtconfig but it doesn't work very well.

You could install kdebase if you don't have it already. Then you will be able to use kcontrol, which is very good for making sure any Qt/KDE apps you use fit in. There isn't really any reason why you shouldn't, unless you have really low HDD space or something. If you discover some reason why you don't want it there, you can always just uninstall it again.
Otherwise, you could go into ~/.qt and try editing the config files by hand, but I'm not sure how easy that is.

Have you tried qtconfig, with the polymer-theme. I think it gives pretty good looking results.

lessthanjake: That theme actually works OK and there is even an aur build for that! Thank. Would you by any chance know how to easily adjust the color as well?

I think it's possible to use a "-style <name>" when running the app.
