GLX not working with latest Xorg?

Hi there...

I can't seem to get direct rendering or openGL to work with my i810.

(II) LoadModule: "GLcore"
(II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libGLcore.so
dlopen: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libGLcore.so: undefined symbol: __glXLastContext
(EE) Failed to load /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libGLcore.so
(II) UnloadModule: "GLcore"
(EE) Failed to load module "GLcore" (loader failed, 7)

I did seach the net and found something related to a dependency bug in X but it looked a month or more old and I would have thought it would be fixed by now.  I have the latest kernel and updated software as of this morning.

I have tried reloading the openGL packages and such to no avail.  Anyone know if this has been fixed?

Thanks
Norm

I had the same problem.  Use the i810 drivers from current... not testing and glx will work.

It was already from current so I re-installed the package and it solved the problem.  Odd..

Re: GLX not working with latest Xorg?

BTW, you shouldn't load GLcore in your xorg.conf. Just load dri and glx
