Gnome Shell: Applications Missing from Nautilus

Hello,

I can't tell exactly when this started, but when I was on gnome 3.18 (now I'm on 3.20 and the issue is still here):
- Nautilus (Gnome Files 3.20)  seems to ignore almost all my applications and when I try to open a file (txt, jpeg, pdf, etc), it shows me the "There is no application installed ..." message. I have a short screencast: https://vid.me/7bqc

- On the other hand, Firefox seems to now all my default applications and works correctly. Other short screencast: https://vid.me/cZVS

Already run the "update-desktop-database" command and reinstalled gnome group... no success.

UPDATE: More Info:
- on a terminal window, if I do "nautilus -q" and then "nautilus" it shows a nautilus window working correctly.

[daniel@daniel-PC ~]$ nautilus -q

(nautilus:25633): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_dbus_interface_skeleton_unexport: assertion 'interface_->priv->connections != NULL' failed

(nautilus:25633): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_dbus_interface_skeleton_unexport: assertion 'interface_->priv->connections != NULL' failed
[daniel@daniel-PC ~]$ nautilus

(nautilus:25640): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to register client: GDBus.Error:org.gnome.SessionManager.AlreadyRegistered: Unable to register client

(nautilus:25640): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: <broken file>:1:0: Failed to import: The resource at '/org/gnome/libgd/tagged-entry/default.css' does not exist

- then I close it, I went to gnome shell clicked on the nautilus icon and, this way, it doesn't work correctly.

Did anyone had this problem?

Can you help?

Thanks in advance!
