I have installed intellij. I did an update under root permission and now I have two different versions, one when I start intellij under root permission with sudo and one when start intellij under user permission.
To be honest, both of them are 2016.1.1 version but the intellij under root has 30 days evaluation, after the update, while the other has 4 days evaluation. Can I do sth about it???? Please help.

Sounds like it could be normal. Just that your root user has 30 days left of its evaluation, while 'your' user only has 4 left.
Which is weird as I thought IntellJ was free... well the community one at least.
