Nautilus issues
Nautilus shows some icons properly but not others. Likewise for image previews and whatnot.

sound like you need ibpng
Installed(or build) it first, (rebuild or) rerun nautilus.
If you can't see *.jpg, you need jpeglib.
I removed my sig, cause i select the flag, the flag often the target of enemy.

Do they have correct name? I remember some images not showing previews, .JPGs, when I tried to open them from nautilus it warned me that they were actually .BMPs with a .JPG file extension and might pose a security risc... After changing the name, they worked.
