[solved] Qt5 Applications do not start

I noticed a very annoying problem today:

When I want to start some qt(5) applications like texmaker, texstudio, dolphin, qt5ct i get this error:

caesar@arch ~ % texmaker                                                                                               
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
[1]    9680 abort (core dumped)  texmaker

I am using awesome as my WM, an intel i5-4460, nothing special and everything worked not too long ago.

Reinstalling does not help, I have qt5-base installed and tried most other qt5 stuff, i have libxkbcommon-x11 installed.... I use a very similar system on my laptop and there everything is fine. I have no idea what else to try, any help is appreciated very much!

Do the microcode update and post the coredumps from coredumpctl if the problem persists

I have the microcode updates installed, I am quite sure its not a hardware thing.
