SATA errors when running Windows in qemu/kvm

I need some help on a scaring error message I get in dmesg when running Windows as guest on kvm/qemu.

Right away I should mention that I'm running a somehow exotic setup. I have a MacBook Pro 8,1 where I replaced the DVD drive with a Samsung 850 EVO SSD, using a hardware adapter modul.
The link itself should only support up to 3.0 Gbps as far as I remember.  So I tried to limit it to 3.0 Gbps by setting libata.force in the kernel boot options, without any success. It seems the link is still setup to run at 6 Gbps.

Here the dmesg output. Any ideas what to do?
