Do localized forum follow the Archlinux policies ?

Hello,

I do believe that all servers hosting Archlinux in their own language should follow the unique etiquette.
Those which aren't following this standard should be invited to either correct or close the forum [1], because I think this will be reflected here in short.

[1] Probable lack of maintenance.

I am not quite tracking (coffee is still brewing smile )   Are you saying forums that are not part of the Arch infrastructure that are providing forum services as a third party in a different language or region?  Aside from trademark, I am not sure what we could do about it.   Have you an example link?

Re: Do localized forum follow the Archlinux policies ?

I'm referring in particular to http://www.archlinux.it/forum/. I might read https://forums.archlinux.fr/, but I didn't take the plunge.

These forum are listed here.
I'm appreciating the order that is kept here, but if I've to say about the Italian forum, I'd describe a mere anarchy.
Posting picture rather than text, Raspberry, Manjaro, Antergos, what-is-better-to-buy topics.

@ewaller

Whom opened a localized forum could have to give an email and/or receive a permission. If many users will complain about etiquette breakages, then the forum maintainer should be informed.
It's a bit difficult to verify from a different language, but it is not difficult to understand by a translator.
So, at the moment I'm the only to point it. I do believe that Archlinux is one only,  including the way it is, whenever spoken in many languages.

The forum etiquette only applies to this forum. The unofficial communities have their own rules. You can appeal to their admins/mods to tackle the "anarchy", but they are under no obligation to adhere to our rules.
