KDE rotation broken

Hi,

I tried both with:

- kcmshell5 kcm_kscreen

- xrandr

And when you have 2 monitors and you rotate on of the screen (e.g. left, 90º) the KDE is broken: not movable windows, abnormally big mouse icon, not visible klauncher, etc.

It seems that was a bug between plasma-workspace 5.3 -> 5.4, and I found a thread in bbs.archlinux.org around November, 2015.

Now, I am with plasma-workspace 5.6.3-1.

Any solution apart from downgrading to 5.4/5.5?
