HP stream 7, How can I detect built in hardware.

I have managed to successfully install arch and gnome 3 on an HP stream 7.

It used to run windows 8 efficiently untill I tried to upgrade to windows ten and nothing worked, I took this as an opportunity to install arch,
Once I had mastered dealing with that 32 bit uefi complication, everything went smoothly until I had to install drivers.

I have downloaded git hub drivers for 'rtl8723bs' I ran make and make install, depmode modprobe all that, (it did not work at first, said there were '' no targets'')
however it still does not detect the onboard wifi.

Installation of lshw, lsusb, neofetch and a few other tools, it finds a lot of system information but not touch screen, sound or wifi.

I am not sure if I need to add the drivers first for it to detect the hardware, however paths to devices do not find the hardware in which to associate drivers in the first place.

I do not know where to start or what to do, any help or direction would be appreciated, thank you.

the HP stream 7 -> http://gadgets.ndtv.com/hp-stream-7-2019
driver -> https://github.com/hadess/rtl8723bs

^ note it does say the hp stream 7 has worked however it also says make sure "/sys/bus/sdio/" is populated approopriatley and its not.
