Got new monitor, colors are way off, how do I calibrate them?

Hey there!

I've got a second monitor. Its the same manufacturer, Dell, but not the same model. The model I've had is no longer sold so I've got the "successor" model. Same panel, LED IPS.

I've reset all the settings on the monitors them selves, as well as any nvidia settings. Colors are different. How I can calibrate them to look the same?

Thanks in advance!
