Highlight text issues with XFCE

XFCE 4.12.3-1

Highlight shows strange behaviour.

- it's invisible in Firefox address bar
- it's invisible when using right-click menu on Firefox
- it's visibile when using right-click menu on XFCE/Thunar/VLC/etc
- it's "always on" in right-click menu for Writer
- it's green instead of blue when selecting text on imgur.com
- it's invisible in other Firefox webpages, like this forum

I don't remember how it started.

I have the following environment:
KDE Plasma: 5.6.4
KDE Framworks: 5.21.0
Qt: 5.6.0

I've had similar problems in Firefox. If I select text in address bar or somewhere on the page, I can't see what I have selected. This has started a while ago.
The selection is highlighted on at least some other programs I've tried, for example KeePassX 2.
