After 'systemctl poweroff' the Vaio netbook VGN-P11Z hangs and doesn't power off.
Here some log entries:
systemd-shutdown[1]: sending sigkill to pid 171 (system-udev)
systemd-shutdown[1]: sending sigkill to pid 179 (system-udev)
EXT4-fs (sda1): re-mounted. Opts: data=ordered
...
systemd-shutdown[1]: unmounting /oldroot/sys/fs/....
systemd-shutdown[1]: remounting /oldroot/...

...
The kernel option in grub 'acpi=force' doesn't help.
CPU: Intel Atom Z520 1.333 GHz

# first bad commit: [737c8fccf1c5b2aae3c6d9a66dce17e35fc39b71] gpio: sch: use gpiochip data pointer
looking into the new gpiochip_get_data().
I'm worried this will make it into the next lts kernel
