I was trying to get the following to work in Openbox: Desktop wallpaper transition on multiple monitors. The wallpaper shown on each monitor should be the same, and the wallpaper should cycle through image files in a directory in sequence.
I've managed to figure it out. In summary, I used glslideshow, xwinwrap, and a custom script to enable it. compton has to be running as well.
