I am looking for recommendations for online backup services that work with Linux, and Arch in particular.
I've been using CrashPlan and it works well, but I have a headless server in the house and CrashPlan requires I reinstall the old version and install the version and reconfigure my backups whenever a new version comes. So I want to see what else is out there that I can take a look at.

I've been using SpiderOak for two years now, has some quirks but I'm quite happy with it.

It's a command line application, it can be configured to use keys instead of passwords, it encrypts everything (client side), but still only uploads (small) differentials... If you're a Linux nerd, I think the more you read about tarsnap the more interested you'll be in it.
...as for me, I spent only a few dollars on tarsnap before realizing I needed more space for backups than I was willing to spend money on, so I now use alternative methods for my personal offsite backups.

Using 4shared.com through webdav with rsync and a simple daily cronjob since a couple of years, it is working fine.
