Turn off blinking in taskbar/panel [XFCE]

Hi,
I'm using XFCE 4.12, and I'm getting quite annoyed at programs incessantly blinking in the panel while I'm trying to concentrate on work. The most egregious offender is Skype (and I've already failed at bringing it to heel), but other programs can be a nuisance, too, so I tried to set options for all of XFCE. Sadly, the settings in

Settings Manager -> Window Manager Tweaks -> Accessibility

don't seem to have any effect at all on blinking.

Am I missing any setting? The perfect solution would be for programs that support it to continue to spew notifications in some corner of the screen, which then fades and stops bothering me (this currently works fine), but for the programs to not blink in the panel.
