cant install driver, the device is not listed in /sys/bus/sdio/

In order to install the wifi driver provided by: https://github.com/hadess/rtl8723bs

I must first make sure that the device is found under  /sys/bus/sdio/ .

It is not and lshw yields nothing about built in wifi drivers.

My device is an intel baytrail tablet, the HP stream 7.
