munchlist for ispell ???

I'm trying to create a german dix for ispell ... the problem is:

munchlist -l ./german.aff all.words.raw > all.words
/bin/sh: line 1: munchlist: command not found

and on the internet there they say, munchlist is part of ispell ... but the ispell in arch has no "munchlist" script inside

any idea where to get this "munchlist"?

the ispell-german i built from other sources successfully and it can be found in my TUR respectively here:
