Hello,
after the latest update of cputools the systemd sevice fails to start with the error:
cpupower: /usr/lib/libpci.so.3: version `LIBPCI_3.5' not found (required by cpupower)
I think it is caused by the fact that pciutils 3.5.1 is still in testing and needs to be moved to core, so everybody that doesn't use the testing repo has a working cpupower package.
@graysky
Yes, sorry about that... Now I've submitted a bug report where it should be submitted.

The forum is probably not the best place to report a perceived bug.

Hi,
download and upgrade
#pacman -U
pciutils from here : https://www.archlinux.org/packages/test … /pciutils/ or https://www.archlinux.org/packages/test … /pciutils/ if you running 32bit arch.

There is another thread on this. It appears to be a transient packaging problem. cpupower does seem to depend on the libraries provided by the version of pciutils that is currently in testing.
I had suggested on that other thread that a bug report be filed.

Yes, the bug is reported but pciutils 3.5.1 is still in testing repo. However this tip is enough to help anybody who has got a not working cpuutils and who doesn't want to downgrade it to the previous version. Thank you for your help, I can mark this as solved.
