dolphin is slower than pcmanfm filemanager.

I found that dolphin is slower than pcmanfm filemanager.

how to make it faster. Even the thumbnails are loaded slower than pcmanfm file manager.

two are different file managers, so there will be difference. Pcmanfm is lightweight by design, so on low specs systems it will be faster than dolphin.
EDIT: I am not sure but if there is daemon mode to dolphin it may load faster, like with thunar.

I think the daemon for dolphin is called "KDE".

You can't, unless Dolphin supports launching itself as a daemon.
