When using virt-install as root,
I face an error, exactly the same as the reported bug in https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=10608 .
Actually, this can be fixed by the last reply, which is to edit /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf such that user/group is root/root.
Even if the permission of /dev/kvm is set to 666, the error still occurs without this configuration.
But the weird thing is, I can run the same installation command as a normal user, not a sudoer, who even does not in group libvirt or kvm.
The same behavior occurs using virt-manager.
Why is that possible? Any ideas?
