After a recent update to my kde packages, I am no longer able to interact with my sddm login screen. I can see the screen entirely and move the mouse, but neither clicking nor typing (even pressing tab) works. My computer's lights for the locks (num, scroll, caps) will turn on and off appropriately, and I can switch to another VT, and it works fine, but I can not seem to do anything to log in to my GUI. Any ideas?

The update caused my trackpad to not click on tapping, and my mouse button hasn't worked in a while. I mashed it and it selected the input box, and it all worked properly. Changed the trackpad settings for the future.
