Text runs off the screen when booted into installation media

I'm trying to install Arch on my Macbook Pro. I'm running into the problem where I can't see all of the text, because it will run off the bottom of my screen. I can type a command while my prompt is below the end of my screen and it will run. But if I start a program, e.g. cfdisk, vim, etc., I can't see the bottom of the program.
I've tried looking for fixes all over, and the only fix I can find that's similar is for changing the screen buffer which requires editing the grub configuration. That doesn't work, because I don't have grub installed, because I can't install Arch, because I can't see my terminal.

Does anyone know of a fix to my problem? I apologize, I am a newbie, I haven't installed Arch before and I've only used Linux for the past year.

Thanks for any help.

Use setfont and choose a smaller font, or better, install tmux and get scrollable and searchable backscroll...

I have tried a few different fonts already, the one that I've seen recommended is sun12x22, which doesn't fix the problem.
