Headphone Jack not work on Lenovo ThinkPad E555

Hi
Headphone jack not working and seems like it's driver or firmware issue.

I unmute all channels in alamixer
I installed pulseaudio and reboot arch
I checked pavucontrol and there is just Speakers in outputs section
I didn't find any headphone in 'pactl list' command; It's the output => http://pastebin.com/bz6U4tdx
