[Solved] How to disable only laptop display?

Hi,
I want to disable laptop display on lid close, right now I am using something like this:

/usr/bin/xset -display :0.0 dpms force off

It work very well except it disables also external monitors connected to laptop.
How can I disable only laptop screen? I could set backlight level to 0 but I would have to store previous value somewhere and I guess it would still use more energy than completely disabled screen.
