fontconfig magic for Chinese wanted

Hello,

I have two Chinese fonts installed, one "printed" style (Bitstream Cyberbit) and one "stroke" style (ttf-arphic-ukai).

Somehow fontconfig gives preference to the stroked one but I would like it exactly the other way round. How should I do that?
