QupZilla is not clearing its cache or respecting max size setting

Running latest qupzilla x86_64 2.0.1-2 package.
Ctrl+Shift+Del then clearing cache does not work.
Also Preferences / Browsing / Local Storage => setting for max cache size does not seem to be respected.
Same problems found with qupzilla-git.

Anyone else notice the same problems?
