When coldbooting (restart is not affected) it take 7 seconds @ my lightdm to be able to type in my password and/or move my mouse cursor.
No failed services, system-analyze and criticla chain all seems good:

What kind of mouse/keyboard? Assuming they are usb? Try switch usb ports?

Iv'e tried switching both, tried on all 6 ports on the backside, and even on the 2 on the frontside. But when restarting both respond immediately.
E: I'll try checking BIOS/UEFI-settings and see if i find anything there.
