What isbbs in bbs.archlinux.org

i got fooled more than oncre to think my internet was not working by going to forums.archlinux.org whixh is more straight forward.
finally i google for forums to get to the right thing.
Isnt arch with KISS policy gona keep its forum name simple?/
Anyway i am not complaining.

I did not know about bbs' expansion before. Right bbs is shorter. but forums is more like it because almost all distros seem to have it this way.
Phrakture I think that ought to cool ur sarcasm (which was unwillingly called for by me).

I remember the BBS days, and I was very pleased to realise that Arch Forums have URL bbs.arch... I like it this way. Almost all distros has tons of crap, so maybe we should make Arch like others?! Big fat NO!

Tons of distros use RPMs for packaging too, or provide graphical installers. Just because everyone else does it doesn't mean we oughta. Besides, it's just a URL. Bookmark it and be happy.
