[SOLVED] Video glitch, (letters appears too slow)

Hi folks.

I have some glitch using arch for a couple of months.
Firstly it was only about FF, so I switched to Chromium, now it kinda works.
Nowadays I use Skype too often, and Telegram either and they've got similar problem.
I noticed this right after upgrading FF 46 to 47.
I have a feeling, that this about intel graphics or even QT.

Is there anyone with similar problem, and with a solution?

Dell inspiron 15 3000, haswell with no discrete video-card.

I was experiencing a similar issue until I installed linux-lts.

I have a similar model of laptop to yours.
