When I start my PC, I see an error which is an invalid partition table. When I click any button it is booting fine. But all the time I have to click any button to boot my PC.

I suppose you'll have to figure out why your computer thinks the current partition table is invalid, this assuming it is your computer that is complaining.

Perhaps you need to flag sda1 as bootable using fdisk?
