wvdial not working

My wvdial was working perfectly.

Now after update one month ago its not working

it says

wvdial: utils/wvtask.cc:304: static int WvTaskMan::yield(int): Assertion `*current_task->stack_magic == WVTASK_MAGIC' failed.

Though i would like to see a comprehensive solution posted by an expert in this forum .
